Okay - so maybe 3 pounds was a lot to shoot for. And maybe I shouldn't blame my 10 year old for throwing away all of the new material I was going to use as a guide this past week to lose the weight... (lol)
And maybe the fact that I didn't really exercise....
And, I didn't reach my goal, even once - with my water consumption!
But, I managed to lose 1.6 lbs.
Whew... :) I'll take it! As long as the dreaded scale goes in the right direction (south), I am one happy little camper.
So, there we have it. WEEK ONE complete!
Week 2 goal - 1.6 lbs! (lol) I'll try to make it more attainable ~
