Happy HUMP Day! ^..^

Happy day! Oh, happy happy Day! It's the middle of the week, and time to celebrate!

Let's see..... what's new? Not a whole lot since yesterday. :) I just worked, and then last night, I went to see my girls. I also made a quick stop at the tanning salon. I know it's not the best thing in the world for me, but it helps bring out some color, and it prevents me from burning when I go into the "real" sun. I'm beginning to get a nice, brown glow!
My girls noticed my weight loss last night. It was nice. I have been working so hard. When the kids hug me, they say, "Skinny hugs". I always tell them that I don't ever want to be "skinny". I just want curvier, curves! I never want them to think "skinny" is how anyone has to look, to be beautiful! Especially Brooke. She always tells me that she wants a booty like mine. LMAO! I hated my booty until only a few years ago. I'm glad she thinks it's better to have a bubble butt, than a tiny hiney. :) lol

Here I go... rambling......

This weekend should be really nice. We're going to a 40th Birthday Party for our friend Nate on Saturday night. Judie and Nate go all out with celebrations, so this should be huge. We've never been to the place that the party is, but it sounds like a great time. They are awesome people, and we've been friends with them for years. I look forward to seeing them this weekend.

Other friends of ours sent us an email inviting us to see them this weekend, too. Although I would love to go (Upstate Pa) - we have these other plans. Maybe we can go another weekend. I LOVE the ride out there. It's so peaceful and beautiful. Hubby and I always have such incredible talks when we travel. I love the sights, the smell, and the company I keep. I definitely look forward to a weekend up there sometime soon. I really do..... :) And, seeing friends is always nice. Good, funny people. Love em!

Kids. Well, they are great. We really had such a wonderful weekend with them. Fred had his guy time with Brandon, and I had my girl time with Brooke. It was so special. Brandon got to do all the fun things he usually wouldn't get away with, when he's with me. He even had his fortune/palm read. LMAO! It was funny. I am just really glad we all had such a great time.
Brooke and I, too. She's my little buddy pal. We really have a lot of fun together. She's growing up so quickly. I can have these amazing conversations with her, and she isn't afraid or embarrassed to ask me anything. I feel so good about that.

And, the kids only have a couple weeks left of school... OH MY! Summer is here!

Have to run for now!

xo!
