HAPPY FALL!!!!
GOOD MORNING!!! And, Happy Fall! Autumn is here! Can you believe it??????
So, it's Monday morning ~ Here I am (again) at work. Back to work, back to business!
WHAT A WEEKEND!!!!! whew!
A quick review.....
Friday: Went to the Court Hearing. HATED IT!!! I was so anxiety while I was there, and it took FOREVER!!!! My nerves were shot, and I was as close to passing out as I could get. However, it went well - and everything is now behind us. I'm just glad it's over!!!!!!
Then, as a treat to myself, I went for a haircut. What an amazing job she did.. I just love it!!!!! Best cut I've had in years. Heck, maybe ever!!!!
Off to the shore. Nice time. Very pleasant evening! Lots of laughs, and fun. GOOD time. AWESOME time!
SATURDAY: UGH! What a ride. Got lost in Brooklyn. Lot's of rain... and, a 3 hour trip took us 5 hours. By the time we reached my Grandmother's house, we were totally exhausted from the ride. It was very stressful. Once we arrived, it took a little bit of time to settle down. Then, the visit was nice. My Granny loved her Birthday celebration! She got a LAPTOP w/DSL from my Aunt and Uncle, Lot's of Chico gift cards, a printer... etc.. She was thrilled. How many 86 year old do you know that are so up with the times? Seriously... she amazes me! She is so precious. I just love this woman. :) Anyway, the visit was nice. It was great to see everyone again so soon. It was a short, but sweet visit.
SUNDAY: Had breakfast at our Hotel, and hopped on the highway! Made it home in less than 3 hours. WOOOOHOOO!! What a nice change from the trip there. We had a smooth ride, and it was both sunny, and warm! AND, the first day of FALL! Did a few stops along the way, and took care of some regular stuff.... Grabbed the kids, and relaxed for the rest of the day/evening.
Today..... I am beat. Run run Run run RUN! CRASH! zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Keeping track. Someday, I will look back at all of this and say "WOW" What a cool existence I had....
:)
And, today is a new day. I'm going to sit back, and see what's in store for me... and enjoy it.
Happy Monday.
