I have been missing in action, but I haven't been gone.

I am posting this picture for myself, so I can actually see my own weight loss progress. I haven't been doing that, so now I am going to start. I am back on my program, 100%. I have lost 30 lbs, but have not reached my ultimate goal... YET!!!!

So much to catch up on here on my blog, but I simply haven't had the emotional energy to do it.

Everyone is healthy, and things are going pretty well. Long stories to post, soon.
